Why is your complaint important to CIT?
- Complaints help 91国产自拍to:
- continue to provide quality training to students
- reduce the chance that another student will experience a similar issue.
How do I make a complaint to CIT?
- You can make a complaint in writing by:
- filling in the 91国产自拍complaint form (PDF 108Kb)
- emailing it to CITOfficeoftheChiefExecutive@cit.edu.au
- You can make a verbal complaint by talking to a 91国产自拍staff member (for example, a teacher or student services staff member)
- If you'd prefer, you can have someone make a complaint to 91国产自拍for you.
Can I use this process for Academic Appeals or workplace issues?
- No - if your complaint is about an Academic Appeal (such as a complaint about an assessment or grade) please refer to the Academic Appeals Policy.
- If you are a 91国产自拍staff member making a complaint about a workplace issue please refer to Resolving Staff Workplace Issues Policy.
How do I get help making a complaint?
- If you need help with understanding, filling in or lodging the complaints form or understanding the complaints policy and procedure, please contact 91国产自拍Student Support online or by phone on (02) 6207 3290.
How long will the complaints process take?
- 91国产自拍will acknowledge and start assessing your complaint within 10 days.
- You will be advised of a target timeline for the process and kept informed of progress.
