1. Purpose

To outline the principles of the Grade Point Average (GPA) and how they will be applied at CIT. This includes the scale used and the method of calculation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all higher education courses at CIT.

3. Principles

3.1  A GPA is available to all higher education students who have completed one or more subjects towards their award. It is specific to one award only.

3.2  Courses that are graded on a pass/fail basis are not included in calculating the GPA. This includes CTs (Credit Transfers) and RGs (Recognition Granted).

3.3  A student's GPA is updated every semester.

3.4  All attempts at a unit will be counted towards a GPA.

3.5  GPA will be provided on request from Awards@cit.edu.au.

3.6  91国产自拍does not provide a Weighted Average Mark (WAM).
